We are located in the Bermuda Quay shopping center at Hillsdale in beautiful Davie County.
Gym 365 Hillsdale is a 9,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness facility. We offer a wide range of free weights, machines, dumbbells and cardio equipment. At Gym 365, any fitness goal can be reached! We even offer an in-house daycare area so that you can bring your kids when you work out!

Seth has been with Gym 365 since we first opened and has a vast knowledge of fitness, training and good health to share with our members. Stop by and he will be glad to give you the tour and instruct your first workout to insure you're getting started on the right path to success.
AEROBICS SCHEDULE
thosea are only $5 payable directly to the trainer.
AEROBIC CLASSES:
We just opened up the new room in December and we are starting aerobic
classes this month. Look out for sign up sheets.
BOOT CAMP:
We have a personalized boot camp starting on January 21st. One of our
certified trainers, Travis Mash is heading up the Boot Camp Classes.
They will be on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. We have sign up sheets
available at the front desk. The first class on January 21st will be a
free assessment class so come in and give it a try!
NEW ACCESSORIES:
Look around the gym for the new accessories we have recently added to
enhance your workouts. Please feel free to ask a staff member if you
have ANY questions about the proper way to use any equipment or if you
want some new ideas for your workout.
Q & A TIME:
Our manager, Seth Seaford is available ANYTIME that you have questions
about the proper way to use the equipment or if you just want some new
ideas to improve your workout. We have designated special Q&A times on
Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm and the first Saturday of every month from
10-11am. Please come in and take advantage of this opportunity to get
some free help.
TRAINERS ARE AVAILABLE:
Please feel free to put our trainers to good use if you are not seeing
the results you want. We're here to help you to reach your personal
fitness goals!
STAFFED HOURS:
Except for holidays, we are staffed from 8:30am until 8:00pm Monday
through Thursday and from 8:30am to 7:00pm on Friday. Staffed hours on
Saturday are 11:00am until 5:00pm. Members do have 24/7 access and we
have video monitoring throughout the gym.
PAYMENT PLANS:
We have a one time $50.00 registration fee that we are WAIVING through
the end of January. If you choose our automatic bank draft monthly
payment plan, our rates are $27.50 per person. If you would like to pay
by check every month (payments due by the 1st of every month), the rate
is $30.00 per person. The bank draft payment option yields a free month
for you by the end of the year ~ a $30.00 savings per year! If you are
already a gym member, you can change your payment plan option as easy as
signing one form!
CHILD CARE:
We offer FREE child care while you work out. Our child care room is
staffed from 8:30am - 12:00pm Monday through Saturday and from 4:30pm -
7:30pm Monday through Friday. Please remember that children under 14 are
not allowed on or around the equipment.
